Timestamps reading 03:14 are a clock artefact of the 1974 timing hardware.
Bearing 314.0 is a survey rounding error. The live panel does not transmit and
this host's output does not vary with the clock — a reader arriving at any hour
sees everything there is. The name service holds no records for this array.
